Overview

End-to-end BI and client reporting I built and owned at Solutions+ (Mubadala) for 15 clients — Oracle in, live dashboards out, monthly executive packs on repeat. Also drove strategic initiatives across Board-level reporting, corporate strategy, and process transformation.

  • Oracle-fed dashboards: user activity and transaction performance, team leaderboards to drive motivation
  • On-time AP dashboard for every client — performance mapped to contractual SLAs for proactive breach management
  • Pipelines that capture and sanitise raw system data, plus manual inputs, into one reporting layer

Objective

Give each client leadership team one source of truth: live KPIs, SLA compliance, and trend visibility — while supporting the Board and leadership on strategy and process change.

Process

Data Pipelines & Oracle Integration

Built pipelines to pull from Oracle, sanitise raw system data, and ingest manual submissions — one trusted feed for every dashboard and monthly report.

Core Dashboards

User Activity Dashboard — live transaction performance by user. Leaderboard — throughput rankings to keep teams motivated. On-Time AP Dashboard — all clients mapped to agreed SLAs so contractual performance is monitored automatically, not reactively.

Monthly Client Reporting

Produced the monthly pack per client — SLA monitoring, trend analysis, and operational and financial performance for the month. Standardised the framework once, then scaled it across the full 15-client portfolio.

Strategic Initiatives

Worked on Board-level reporting packs, corporate strategy inputs, and process transformation programmes — linking frontline operational data to executive decision-making beyond the client portfolio.
