- Founded and scaled Weave AI (weave.ae) from concept to enterprise platform with 50+ live production use cases — unlocking multi-million AED in revenue and USD 3.5M (~60,000 hours) in annual efficiency gains.
- Lifted RAG retrieval accuracy by 70% over standard ingestion baselines — engineered a custom ingestion layer using adaptive chunking (semantic, recursive, structure-aware) and advanced pre & post processing techniques.
- Drove AI adoption 30–40% through hackathons, gamified rollouts, tailored training, and an AI readiness assessment that surfaced internal champions.
- Slashed forecasting cycle times from 4–6 weeks to 2–3 days by architecting an AI-driven forecasting and variance analysis platform with multi-agent validation and CFO-facing chatbot.
