Overview
Built and owned end-to-end — no team handoff, no agency. A suite of AI-powered and automated systems serving 200+ Abu Dhabi schools, 200,000+ students, and ~400,000 annual survey entries. Every solution was shipped using low/no-code tools to maximise delivery speed and minimise technical debt.

Process
School Inspection & Performance Reports
Automated the entire school visiting and inspection workflow. On-site inspection data flowed into a central data store, triggering auto-generated AI-based school performance reports aligned to the Abu Dhabi inspection framework. Each of 200+ schools received its own tailored report with ratings, strengths, and improvement areas — removing 12,000 hours of manual reporting annually and saving AED 1.8M. Student Outcomes & Intervention Intelligence: Ingested longitudinal student assessment data to track progress from early education through to upper grades. Built models that measured the impact of early interventions on future academic performance, identified which intervention types were most effective per student profile, and flagged at-risk students before issues compounded.
Survey Intelligence
Processed ~400,000 annual survey responses from students, parents, and teachers across all schools. Surfaced data-driven insights on performance, attendance, financials, and satisfaction — with anomaly detection and trend tracking that directly informed policy decisions impacting tens of thousands of students. School Budget Automation (30+ Charter Schools): Built a no-code budget capture system where each school completed a structured template with operational logic built in — auto-calculating staffing, direct and indirect costs, and all budget line items. A one-click consolidation gave the federal team a real-time view of the total budget ask for approval. Slashed the budgeting cycle from 2 months to 2 weeks.
