A portfolio of planning analytics and in-house automations I architected and built solo at Solutions+ — rapid delivery using tools already on the desk, zero incremental spend. Built-in VB, Excel, Outlook, Word, Oracle, and VMs orchestrating bots that work in harmony.

Planning & Analytics
AP cycle-time dashboards (Excel) — one rotating view for all clients, process steps broken down to find bottlenecks, outlier detection for investigation. AP dashboard by user (VB, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) — productivity metrics, transaction volumes, one-click email to the responsible person, leaderboards for top performers. Monthly client reporting packs (Excel, PowerPoint) — SLA tracking, tailored financial insights, slides auto-linked so decks refresh when data updates.
Tools & Automations
Task tracker application (VB + Excel) — live supporting docs and emails, auto email follow-ups, auto-captured dates for audit integrity, dual user/manager views with dashboard portal. ADDC mass bill downloader (VB, Excel, HTML) — 600+ utility bills scraped and filed in one click, PDF parsing split water vs electricity. Live task tracker dashboard (VB, Excel, Outlook) — recent and upcoming tasks, YTD performance, Outlook access for updates and handoffs. Oracle AR invoice RPA (VB, Excel, Oracle) — mass invoice entry, PDF supporting auto-matched and attached, routed for approval. Revenue Reconciliation BOT (VM, VB, Outlook, Excel, Word): User emails a reconciliation file — bot auto-downloads the billing-system file, runs the match, and returns the report by email. Saves ~100 hours per month on revenue reconciliation alone.
